“I purchased my first Windows PC in 1987 and by 2004, I could see the potential for growth in tech support generally. I gained my Diploma in Information Technology in 2005. I then started PC Sanity in 2006 especially because I found there was a lack of support for novice and mature-age computer users. As a mature-age technician, I found that most computer technicians didn’t and still don’t provide patient, honest advice with old-fashioned personalized service or use plain-language instead of geek speak. I am extremely patient and very understanding even with complete newbies and I’m well known for that attribute.”
Our Difference
PC Sanity has been in business since 2006. We concentrate on the quality of service provided rather than the quantity of customers served. As we have low overheads and our profit margins are low, our prices are very competitive with the big shops. We always provide honest advice and prompt, reliable and affordable repairs. Jeff is a mature-age technician and as such treats all customers with respect and personally handles all repairs and communications.

We offer a high level of "old-fashioned" personal service most computer repair companies don't. Being a mature technician, Jeff will treat you with respect even if you are a complete novice. We give plain English explanations.

Fast Turnaround Time
For in-workshop jobs, our turn-around time is very short. Most jobs are completed within one or two days. When you collect your computer, we actually demonstrate that it is fixed & are happy to explain the changes made/work carried out on your computer & (where available) show you the logs. We send you a courtesy email afterwards to follow-up on your computer service/repair.

We offer onsite computer repairs, pick-up service, Remote Access or you can bring your computer to us at our office in Rochedale, Logan, Brisbane.

A sprawling fake shop operation of over 20,000 domains, dozens of shared IP addresses and identical storefronts with different names pasted on top. They exist for one purpose: to steal your payment details and personal data. The thread that ties them all together is a browser tab title most people would never think twice about: “Unrivaled selection only for you.”
Fake shops are fraudulent websites designed to look and feel like legitimate online retailers. They have product listings, brand logos, customer reviews, shopping carts, and functional-looking checkout pages. They just never deliver what they promise. In some cases, victims receive nothing at all. In others, they get a cheap knockoff worth a fraction of the advertised price.
Either way, the product being sold is your data: these fake shops harvest your payment credentials, billing addresses, and personal details and then resell them on criminal marketplaces or use them directly for identity fraud.
The scale of the problem has exploded. According to recent threat intelligence data, fake e-shop scams rose by 790% in the first quarter of 2025 compared to the same period the year before, driven in part by economic anxiety around trade tariffs pushing consumers toward bargain alternatives.

I feel so sad for Americans that graft and corruption are so rife in Trump's administration! 😢
More tech money is flowing into Trump's coffers. In September, OpenAI co-founder and President, Greg Brockman, gave Trump's super PAC a whopping $25M - the largest of the six-month fundraising cycle.😠
The gigantic donation is a sign of Brockman's political allegiances, and of the ChatGPT-maker's attempt to curry favor with the Republican administration. MAGA Inc., the super PAC, was launched to support Trump and has become his primary fundraising vessel. Despite Trump hitting his term limit, money continues to pour in from supporters and those seeking favor, helping the political action committee build a war chest it can use in the 2026 midterm elections.
As Bloomberg reported, MAGA Inc. currently has more money in its accounts than the main super PAC for House Republicans spent in the entire 2024 election cycle. Brockman's donation makes up almost 25% of the super PAC's $102 million fundraising haul from the back half of 2025.
