“I purchased my first Windows PC in 1987 and by 2004, I could see the potential for growth in tech support generally. I gained my Diploma in Information Technology in 2005. I then started PC Sanity in 2006 especially because I found there was a lack of support for novice and mature-age computer users. As a mature-age technician, I found that most computer technicians didn’t and still don’t provide patient, honest advice with old-fashioned personalized service or use plain-language instead of geek speak. I am extremely patient and very understanding even with complete newbies and I’m well known for that attribute.”

Our Difference

PC Sanity has been in business since 2006. We concentrate on the quality of service provided rather than the quantity of customers served. As we have low overheads and our profit margins are low, our prices are very competitive with the big shops. We always provide honest advice and prompt, reliable and affordable repairs. Jeff is a mature-age technician and as such treats all customers with respect and personally handles all repairs and communications.

  • finalise the (pre-installed) Windows setup
  • install all critical/important Windows Updates
  • install latest Adobe Reader, uninstall trial programs
  • disable unnecessary Startup entries (makes your computer load Windows faster)

Fast Turnaround Time

For in-workshop jobs, our turn-around time is very short. Most jobs are completed within one or two days. When you collect your computer, we actually demonstrate that it is fixed & are happy to explain the changes made/work carried out on your computer & (where available) show you the logs. We send you a courtesy email afterwards to follow-up on your computer service/repair.

We offer onsite computer repairs, pick-up service, Remote Access or you can bring your computer to us at our office in Rochedale, Logan, Brisbane.

The good news is that that's just perished rubberizing. Probably still filthy though. I remove the rubberizing long before it gets to this state because it's no longer aiding your grip.

Hi All,
I just thought i’d pop in and say what a great job Jeff does.
He has helped me out on more than one occasion, saving me grief, money and hair!

Off all the times he has sorted out a system for me, the majority of the work was done gratis … I have only had to pay him for one major job and when I got the bill I had to pinch myself.

Jeff speaks to you in a language you can understand, unlike the majotiry of snot nosed no-it-all’s that would rather confuse the hell out of you than help. His service is top notch and he has the education to back it up.
